Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may change because of carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Please check your shipping address carefully. NorFacto is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, and exclusions are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact support@norfacto.com before sending an item back.

Store content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product materials, belongs to NorFacto or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
